Family Counseling Services

IMG_1971Counseling services in several forms – individual, couple, family, or group – are available to assist with the following issues:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • PTSD
  • Family issues, relational issues, family conflict
  • Separation and divorce
  • Grief and Loss

Day and evening appointments are available.

Face-to-face meetings with a counselor on a regular basis, appointed by the client and therapist.

Provides the opportunity for both individuals to work through their struggles together. Couple counseling is only effective when both parties are present.

Parents and children come together to discuss any problems. As with couple counseling, family counseling is most successful when the whole family is involved and all parties are present – children and parents.

Catholic Charities periodically hosts groups dedicated to the discussion of a particular topic. Such groups provide many benefits, including the opportunity for peer support from others who are experiencing the same issues. Group counseling has great value in helping people accomplish their goals, sometimes more quickly than individual counseling.
